These terms govern use of the Verrow API and MCP server. By using the service you agree to these

terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service. Verrow provides public-data lookup and citation tools for business and research use.
Accounts and payments. Paid calls may be made with x402 USDC on Base mainnet or prepaid

API credit. Blockchain payments are final; network fees are separate. Prices are shown by

get_pricing and may change.

No legal advice. Answers are informational, may be incomplete or out of date, and are not

legal, engineering, financial, tax or compliance advice. Verify important decisions with the

responsible agency and qualified professionals.

Acceptable use. Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access

controls, scrape prohibited sources, send spam, or misrepresent results. Do not resell access

except under a written agreement.

Availability. The service is provided as-is without uptime or accuracy warranties. UNKNOWN

answers are not guesses and are not charged.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verrow, LLC is not liable for indirect,

incidental, special or consequential damages. Total liability for a claim is limited to the

amount paid for the affected call.
