Verrow collects the minimum needed to run and improve the service:

• Request data: tool, jurisdiction/point, timestamps, latency, response status and request IDs.
• Caller IP address (client_ip): stored with request and demand records for abuse prevention

and internal-traffic filtering, so owner and test traffic does not distort demand signals.

Raw IP addresses are retained for about 30 days and are then hashed or dropped.

• Payment data: public wallet address, transaction reference, network and amount. Verrow does not

receive or store private keys or card numbers. x402 payments are processed by the payment

facilitator on Base.

• API keys: stored only as hashes and prefixes.
• Operational data: errors, incidents, usage counts, and aggregate metrics.
• Public sources: fetched documents and citations are stored with hashes for provenance.

We use this data to serve requests, charge correctly, prevent abuse, measure demand, and improve

coverage. We do not sell personal data. We retain operational records while needed for accounting,

security and service history. Public government documents are not personal data merely because they

are fetched by the service.
