# Verrow rural public data

Published by Verrow, LLC. Rural and small-town US public data for AI agents, sold per call in USDC over the x402 payment protocol.

Every tool returns the same JSON envelope: request_id, tool, verdict, answer, reasons, sources (url, retrieved_at, document sha256), coverage, data_version, and a disclaimer. When a location or product is not covered you get a 422 NOT_COVERED error and are not charged.

## Payment

Paid endpoints return HTTP 402 with x402 payment requirements in the PAYMENT-REQUIRED header. Pay in USDC on Base (mainnet) with any x402-compatible client. Uncovered or failed requests are never settled.

## Guarantees

- Every fact cites a source URL, retrieval time, and a sha256 of the stored raw document.
- UNKNOWN is returned rather than a guess.
